Financial Assistant/Manager
Description of Jobs:
A busy and expanding financial firm is seeking a full time financial Assistant/Office Manager to perform and carry out administrative tasks. The position is salary and will be discussed and relevant on experience. General office duties include: data entry, answering phones, replying to customer email, scheduling client appointments, wire request, check request and all other financial functions for customer accounts, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities. Candidate must also take initiative and have the ability to prioritize, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are required.
